Form settings control the behavior of your form after someone submits a response.
Per-submission boards
Toggle on Create a board per submission to group each submission's assets under their own board. You can set:
- Board name template — use
{name}or{email}to personalize the board name (e.g. "Acme Co – Brand Assets"). - Parent board — nest submission boards inside an existing board to keep things tidy.
- Automatically invite submitter as a guest — after processing, the submitter receives an email invitation to view their submission board as a guest (Business plan and above). Requires a submitter email question on the form.
Confirmation message
Customize the message shown to the submitter after they submit. Leave it blank to use the default "Thank you" message.
Active toggle
Turn the form on or off. When inactive, the public link shows a "form not found" message and no new submissions can be started.
