Custom branding lets you style the public-facing form with your own logo, colors, and typography so it feels like part of your brand rather than a generic tool.
Requirements
Custom branding is available on Team plans and above. On the Free plan the branding tab is visible but disabled.
What you can customize
Open the form builder and select the Branding tab. You can set:
- Logo URL — a public URL to your logo image (PNG or SVG recommended). It appears at the top of each question.
- Primary colour — the accent color used for buttons, progress bar, and highlights.
- Background colour — the page background color.
- Font family — any Google Font name or system font. The form loads it automatically.
Save and preview
After making changes, select Save branding. Use the Preview button at the top of the form builder to open the public form in a new tab and see your branding in action.
