Roles can be assigned to assets at any time from the asset detail panel. This is useful when you are setting up an existing library, correcting roles that were applied automatically, or tagging assets that were uploaded outside of a form.
Assign a role
Open an asset and look for the Roles field in the detail panel. Select the field to open a dropdown listing all workspace roles. Type to filter, then select one or more roles to apply them.
Changes are saved immediately — no need to click a separate save button.
Remove a role
In the Roles field, select the × next to a role to remove it from the asset.
