Extended Commercial License

The Extended Commercial License allows Baseline assets to be sold as-is or modified while abiding by all other license terms. Please see strictly prohibited uses below for more information. Baseline assets include brandguides, modified design templates, and other assets directly licensed by Baseline ehf.

The Extended Commercial allows the licensed asset to appear in up to 10,000 total end products for sale. 

ALLOWED USE EXAMPLES:

• Sell Baseline assets on marketplaces and personal websites. Examples: Shopify, CreativeMarket, etc.

• Modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

• This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times in multiple projects.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES:

Nothing in this License Agreement grants Licensee any of the following rights, all of which rights are expressly retained:

• ✗ Resale or Sub-Licensing of the Licensed Asset or any modification of it in a way that is directly competitive with the original Licensed Asset is strictly prohibited.

• ✗ Making public or sharing the Licensed Asset in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute the Licensed Asset as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use that is expressly permitted) is strictly prohibited.

• Any use that allows anyone other than the Licensee to customize a digital or physical end product (such as an end-user) is prohibited. You may not use the asset in software that allows a third party to customize it.
